NSPIRE

NSPIRE or the National Standard for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate, is a new inspection model developed by HUD to promote the reduction of health and safety hazards in housing. It serves as a standardized method for conducting inspections of HUD-assisted housing.

HMIS Committee

The HMIS Committee meets monthly and is responsible for making recommendations to the CoC Board on the planning, participation, selection, implementation and ongoing oversight of the single HMIS system and the HMIS Administrator.
