This training provides a comprehensive overview of various types of trauma. Participants will learn to identify signs of tension and effectively de-escalate situations using a trauma-informed approach. By the end of this course, you will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to support individuals experiencing trauma, fostering a safer and more empathetic environment.

NSPIRE or the National Standard for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate, is a new inspection model developed by HUD to promote the reduction of health and safety hazards in housing. It serves as a standardized method for conducting inspections of HUD-assisted housing.
