The Fatality Review Committee examines systemic factors surrounding the loss of individuals experiencing homelessness in Tarrant County.

The Improvement, Coordination & Training (ICT) Committee works together to create, review and improve policies and procedures, increase service provider coordination, and develop training curriculum to ensure the implementation of best practices throughout the Continuum of Care.

Advisory Council
The Advisory Council, composed of individuals 25 and older with lived experience of homelessness, provides valuable insights, feedback, and policy recommendations. Their perspectives help shape local services and strategies to prevent and end homelessness.

This comprehensive training is tailored for social service providers new to homeless services It offers an in-depth overview of our Continuum of Care (CoC) services, the frameworks we practice, and community resources. The training includes an extended walking tour of Lancaster shelters, providing true insight into client experiences. Be prepared for an active session, covering approximately 7,000 steps, to fully immerse yourself in the shelter environment.
