Arlington Case Conferencing occurs every other Monday and is a time when housing case managers, outreach workers and shelter case managers come together to discuss current program openings, give client updates and staff cases collaboratively.

Boot Camp
Case Manager Boot Camp is an incredibly valuable training for anyone who wants to learn more about homeless services in our community. Attendees learn about what the Continuum of Care is, how it functions, important systems we work with, best practices in case management, a walking tour of the Lancaster area, and other useful services available to those experiencing homelessness.

Dynamics of Sexual Assault
The definitions of consent, coercion, and sexual assault, as well as a discussion of rape myths and stages of adjustment, are explored for a better understanding of a crime that affects both women and men. Training also educates on how to respond to survivors and steps professionals can take to help survivors begin the healing process.

Data Repair Workshop
Data Repair workshops are offered to help agencies and users correct data errors, which ensures accurate reporting for your program and for the continuum. These workshops are “come and go” but make sure to reserve your spot.

ETO New User Training
This training is for anyone who is entering data into our system. New users must attend before they can begin using ETO and all users must attend a yearly refresher training. Have new staff starting soon? Feel free to sign them up for a training when they start.

LGBTQ Cultural Competency Training
This training is about understanding, valuing and learning to communicate with people within the LGBTQ community. The LGBTQ Cultural Competency training is broken up into two parts that include terminology, sexual orientation terms, gender identity terms, activities, role playing and how to overcome biases.
