Case Conferencing occurs every other Wednesday and is a time when housing case managers, outreach workers and shelter case managers come together to discuss current program openings, give client updates and staff cases collaboratively.

The goal is to focus on how to make HMIS data entry flow for your agency. We will dive into all things HMIS (ETO and Warehouse). Take the lead and allow us to assist in any way that we can!

This training is for all NEW HMIS Users. This in-person training is designed to cover the basics of HMIS data entry using HUD guidelines while making considerations for specialty programs. Computers are highly recommended for this training. Please be sure to complete ALL ETO (5+) trainings assigned to you in Talent LMS.
