Tenant Readiness

The tenant readiness course is designed to help guide those preparing to be housed with the knowledge of what to look for in your lease agreement, how to maintain your rental housing, best practices for engaging with neighbors, how to interact with the landlord and basic tenant rights. This tenant education training is for our housed clients or clients with a housing match. This training will cover topics like being a good neighbor, managing your relationship with your landlord, tenant responsibilities for maintaining your unit When to submit maintenance requests, and other tenant and best practices.
