This course equips Outreach and Shelter Workers with the skills to help clients obtain or replace essential documents like Social Security cards, birth certificates, state IDs, and driver’s licenses. Participants will learn how to navigate application processes, overcome common barriers, and document progress accurately using HMIS and the Document Warehouse—all while ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
